How to pay in cash with our app

Simply set up your transfer on our app, select the “Pay in Cash” option and:

  • number 1

    Find your nearest agent location on the map provided in the app

  • number 2

    Give your phone number to the agent and confirm your money transfer details

  • number 3

    Pay in cash and get your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)

1 Funds will be paid to receiver’s mWallet account provider for credit to account tied to receiver’s mobile number.
