Send money online for a cash pick-up

Your receiver can pick up your cash transfer as quick as in minutes2 at any of our 300 agent locations in Oman, or at any of our 500,000+ locations1 around the world.

  1. Open your profile . Register or log in, then choose the ‘Send Money’ option.
  2. Verify your profile. If you haven‘t verified your profile, go through the verification process first to be able to send money online.
  3. Fill in your money transfer details. Choose ‘Cash pickup’ as the method for receiving money and make sure to include your receiver’s complete information3.
  4. Pay for the transfer. You can pay with a bank transfer 4 to one of dedicated bank accounts.
  5. Track your transfer. Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an email with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which you can use to track your transfer.
  6. Inform your receiver. Share the MTCN with your receiver and let them know that the cash is ready for pick-up at one of our agent locations. Do not disclose your money transfer details to anyone except your intended receiver

Send money from an agent location for a cash pick-up

Your receiver can pick up your cash transfer as quick as in minutes2 at one of our 300 agent locations in Oman, or at any of our 500,000+ locations around the world.

  1. Go to an agent location. You can find your nearest one here. Make sure to bring a government-issued photo ID with you.
  2. Fill in the Send Money form. Then give it to the agent, along with the money you wish to send and your ID.
  3. Pay the transfer fee.
  4. Track your transfer. Upon successful payment, you’ll be given a receipt with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which you can use to track your transfer.
  5. Inform your receiver. Share the MTCN with your receiver and let them know that the cash is ready for pick-up at one of our agent locations. Do not disclose your money transfer details to anyone except your intended receiver.
Send money from an agent location to a bank account2

You can send money directly to your receiver’s bank account around the world. You may also check our direct-to-bank country information to know if this service is available in your destination country

  1. Know your receiver’s bank details. Typically, you’ll need your receiver’s bank name and code, as well as their bank account number. Learn more about what bank details are needed5
  2. Go to an agent location. You can find your nearest one here. Make sure to bring a government-issued photo ID with you.
  3. Fill in the Send Money form. Make sure to include your receiver’s bank information. Then, give the completed form to the agent, along with the money you wish to send and your ID
  4. Pay the transfer fee.
  5. Track your transfer. Upon successful payment, you’ll be given a receipt with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which you can use to track your transfer. Do not share your money transfer details with anyone except your intended receiver.
Send money from an agent location to a mobile wallet2

It’s virtually as easy as sending money straight to your receiver’s pocket! You can check if money transfers to a mobile wallet are available in your destination country and with your receiver’s mobile network operator

  1. Go to an agent location. You can find your nearest one here. Make sure to bring a government-issued photo ID with you.
  2. Fill in the Send Money form. Make sure to indicate that you’re sending to a mobile wallet. Then, give the completed form to the agent, along with the money you wish to send and your ID
  3. Pay the transfer fee.
  4. Receive an SMS. Both you and your receiver will get an SMS confirmation once the money has been sent.

2 Funds may be delayed or services unavailable based on certain transaction conditions, including amount sent, destination country, currency availability, regulatory issues, identification requirements, Agent location hours, differences in time zones, or selection of delayed options. For mobile transactions funds will be paid to receiver’s mWallet account provider for credit to account tied to receiver’s mobile number. 3 Please provide your receiver’s name as it appears on the ID they will be presenting to pick up the money.

4 The transaction will be released only if the payment is received between 9:00 AM & 3:30 PM during bank working days; Any transfers which are done thereafter will be only released on the next working day.

5 Please use care when providing bank account information. Funds will be paid into the bank account corresponding to account number your provide. The receiver’s account must be a local currency pay-out account.
