How do I provide my identification document?

Who can register at Western Union website?
Anyone who satisfies the following conditions can use Western Union International money transfer service.
- Only Kuwait nationals and Kuwait residents are allowed to use www.westernunion.com service.
- Individuals must have a valid Kuwait Civil ID.
- Must be of at least 18 years of age on the date of application.
- Must accept the Terms and Conditions of using this service.
- Must have a valid email address.
- Must have a valid Kuwait issued debit card and reside in Kuwait.
